Before written records, patents, universities, and digital archives, communities preserved knowledge through storytelling, craftsmanship, agriculture, navigation, engineering practices, astronomy, medicine, cultural teachings, and oral traditions. Much of this knowledge was carried from generation to generation without formal documentation.
The absence of written records does not diminish the value of that knowledge. It reminds us why preservation matters. By protecting stories, achievements, innovations, and cultural memory, we help ensure that future generations inherit both the lessons and the wisdom of those who came before them.

CULTURAL COMMITMENT
My Relaxing Life LLC honors Indigenous descendants of the Five Civilized Tribes whose identities were reclassified multiple times throughout history. Families and community members were renamed, mislabeled, or placed into categories that did not fully represent their identity or relationship to the land.
We acknowledge the harm caused by systems that separated families, obscured ancestry, and disconnected generations from their cultural identity.
Our work centers the voices of elders, uplifts youth, and protects the cultural memory of communities whose histories deserve to be preserved and remembered.
RESTORING VISIBILITY
We recognize that Indigenous families experienced reclassification through census changes, legal systems, and other practices that obscured tribal identity and bloodline birthright.
